Systems

Four families.
One engineering platform.

Every Schach system shares the same discipline: design intent captured up front, manufacturing traceability throughout, and site-ready delivery sequenced to the pour or lift cycle.

Engineering process

From drawing to delivery, without hand-offs.

The same team that reviews the drawings owns the shell plan, the fabrication drawings, the traceability record and the site handover.

  1. 01
    Drawings received

Structural and architectural drawings, sections and programme.

  2. 02
    Design study

System selection, pour sequence and modulation review.

  3. 03
    Shell plan

Proposed system layout for client review and sign-off.

  4. 04
    Detailed design

Fabrication drawings, bill of quantities, cycle plan.

  5. 05
    Production

CNC cutting, welding, machining and finishing under inspection.

  6. 06
    Verification

Dimensional and chemical checks, load and finish sign-off.

  7. 07
    Unit-wise packing

Barcode-tracked components, packed for site sequence.

  8. 08
    Delivery

    Sequenced dispatch to site logistics.

  9. 09
    Site support

    Training, first-lift supervision and reconfiguration.

Manufacturing

Traceable from cut list to site.

CNC cutting, friction stir welding, robotic welding and dedicated staircase and curvature units. Every panel is inspected, barcode-tagged and packed unit-wise so components arrive at site in the correct sequence.

  • CNC cutting and machining
  • Friction stir and robotic welding
  • Dimensional and material inspection
  • Barcode-enabled panel tracking
  • Unit-wise packing and site scanning
